TruBILL Is Live: Institutional U.S. Treasury Yield on Solana

TruBILL is now live. Approved institutions can access tokenised U.S. Treasury yield on Solana, with permissioned onboarding, T+0 redemptions and onchain utility, backed by the AAA-rated ULTRA Fund.
The gap was never access
The tokenised Treasury market is not short of products that offer an institution exposure to U.S. Treasury yield. It is short of products that deliver that yield in a way an institution can actually operate: permissioned onboarding, same-day liquidity, and the controls a risk team will sign off on. TruBILL is built to close that gap.
What TruBILL is
TruBILL is a TruCore product. It is backed by the AAA-rated ULTRA Fund, which holds short-duration U.S. Treasury exposure and is managed by FundBridge Capital, with Wellington Management as sub-manager. Yield accrues daily via NAV. An onchain USDC liquidity buffer and institutional liquidity partners are designed to support same-day (T+0) redemptions for eligible flows, reducing the T+1 and T+2 settlement drag that can slow treasury, payment and trading workflows. Access is permissioned and limited to approved institutions; retail participants are not eligible.
Built to institutional standards
TruBILL launches on infrastructure built for institutions:
Komainu for regulated custody
Porto by Anchorage Digital for institutional participation in DeFi
Utila for institutional wallet infrastructure
GSR for market making and liquidity provision
The smart contracts are independently audited by Halborn, and the product is backed by live Proof of Reserves and a bankruptcy-remote structure.
Why it matters
Treasury yield that behaves like institutional infrastructure, rather than a retail experiment, is what lets onchain markets carry real institutional flows. TruBILL is one more piece of the institutional onchain rail being built on Solana, and it is available to approved institutions today.
