Matt Molloy

Matt Molloy is CEO & Co-Founder of TruYields, the institutional yield engine for onchain markets. He leads the company's mission to make onchain yield secure, compliant and scalable for leading financial players.

Under Matt's leadership, TruYields has expanded from its foundations in institutional liquid staking into a broader yield infrastructure platform. Today, the company's product suite spans TruCore for USD and tokenised RWA yield, TruStake for institutional liquid staking, and TruVault for curated vault strategies.

Across these offerings, TruYields is focused on giving institutions a more consistent operating framework for accessing onchain yield through permissioned onboarding, institutional controls, and integration with qualified custodians and leading platforms.

Before founding TruYields, Matt held senior roles across digital assets, venture, and financial technology. He was Venture Lead at WebN Group, where he supported portfolio companies on commercial and product strategy. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Digital Assets Lead at Motive Partners, incubating blockchain ventures for global financial institutions.

Earlier in his career, Matt spent five years at Accenture, where he led the FinTech Innovation Lab in London, a programme that helped participating startups raise more than $2.5 billion in venture funding. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
